WAITLESS³ is a Phuket-based FPV visuals studio operating the website waitlesshouse.com. If you have any question about this policy or your personal data, email waitlesshouse@gmail.com.

We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact and booking forms:

• Your name, email address and message (required);
• Your phone number and company name (optional);
• The package you were looking at when you sent the form, if any;
• Whether you ticked the box to receive offers and updates.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss availability and prepare a quote or booking. If — and only if — you tick “Sign up for offers and updates”, we may also email you occasional news and offers. The box is never ticked by default, and ticking it is not required to send an enquiry.

We process your enquiry because you asked us to take steps toward a possible booking, and our marketing emails are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. This policy is written to be consistent with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR.

To run the website and receive your messages we use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosts and secures the website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested);
• Formspree — receives what you type into the forms and forwards it to our inbox;
• Google (Gmail) — our email provider, where enquiries are received and stored.

Some of these providers are located outside Thailand, so your data may be transferred internationally. We do not sell your personal data.

The home page shows video thumbnails loaded from YouTube’s image servers, so your browser contacts Google when that section loads. Links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

The site uses your browser’s session storage only to remember that you have already seen the opening loading screen during your visit. It contains no personal information and disappears when you close the tab.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to handle any resulting project, and keep marketing contacts until you ask us to stop. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to its use, and withdraw consent (including unsubscribing from offers and updates) at any time by emailing waitlesshouse@gmail.com. We’re always happy to delete your data — just ask. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your country, such as Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
